The platform
Your own machine, not a container
Customer VMs are isolated with KVM, each with its own kernel, memory and disk. Every server ships with full root, SSH and a browser console; the AI agent box image adds a browser terminal over HTTPS. Servers are IPv4 only.

Countdown
How a server appears
Payment clears and provisioning starts on its own, tested end to end. A server is typically running in under three minutes. SSH details and the root password arrive by email and on the server page in your dashboard.
KVM 1, KVM 2 and custom sizes get a shared public IPv4 with a block of 20 forwarded ports. KVM 4 and KVM 8 include a Dedicated IPv4 with every inbound port, and it is an add-on for the other plans.

Second country
Backups in a second country
Scheduled full-disk backups run on our platform. Copies sync hourly to offsite storage in Finland (EU), in a different country from the servers in Gravelines, France. We have restored from them in a full drill. You set frequency and retention from the dashboard; restoring overwrites the live disk.
Snapshots are a separate, local restore point. One slot is included; Snapshot Pack raises the cap to five. Details live in Backups and snapshots.

A clean network
Outbound SMTP (TCP port 25) is blocked by default to keep spam off our addresses, and opened on request for lawful mail. Mining, unsolicited bulk mail, attacks on other networks, and illegal content are prohibited. The Acceptable Use Policy has the full list.
