Pre-flight checks

The limits are real and small, and each has a fix. Better you read them here than find them after.

It’s in France. Is that slow from India?

The servers are in Gravelines, France, in the EU. There is no India region yet. Typing in an SSH session from India has a little more lag than a server in Mumbai would. Your agent is a different story: it mostly talks to AI model APIs and websites hosted in Europe and the US, and those are close to France.

What are the limits?

KVM 1 and KVM 2 share a public IPv4: you get 20 forwarded ports (SSH is the first) and your own subdomain. Servers are IPv4 only, and outbound mail on port 25 is closed by default.

The fixes: add your own IPv4 for +₹249/mo, or pick KVM 4 and KVM 8, which include one. Port 25 opens on request for lawful mail. CPU, RAM and disk add-ons grow the server you already have.

Will the price jump at renewal?

No. You renew at the plan price, monthly or yearly, with no 24-month lock-in. There is no setup fee and no bandwidth bill after the fact. Turn off auto-renew from the dashboard whenever you like, and your first order is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Refund and cancellation policy

What if the server dies?

Disks are mirrored NVMe, so one dead drive loses nothing. Daily backups are included on every plan, and each one is copied to Finland, a second country in the EU. We ran a full restore from those copies on 11 September 2026 to prove they work.

Do I need to know coding?

No. Pick Hermes Agent, OpenClaw or n8n at checkout and it installs by itself. Your server page then shows each next step in plain words: connect an AI with a key, scan a QR code to link WhatsApp or add a Telegram bot, and say hi. You never need the terminal, though full root is there if you want it.

Which plan for Hermes or OpenClaw?

KVM 1 suits light agents that only call an AI API. KVM 2 is the size we recommend for daily agent work, with room for a browser tool that spikes.

Can I switch apps later?

Yes, free, from your server page. One app runs on a server at a time, so the new app replaces the old one: the old app and all its data are deleted, and you confirm before anything goes. To keep both, use two servers.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Add vCPU, RAM, disk or a dedicated IPv4 from the dashboard at any time. Your server and its data stay where they are.

Do I get root?

Yes. Every server is full root on its own KVM virtual machine, whichever image you pick: Ubuntu 24.04, the AI agent box or n8n.

Can I run Docker and Claude Code?

Yes. Full root means you can install anything. The AI agent box image ships with Claude Code, Docker, Playwright and a browser terminal already set up.
